How do contact limits work? Can I go over?
Your plan will have a maximum contact limit. If you hit your limit before the month is over, it will stop collection and we’ll let you know it might be time to upgrade.
Your limit is reset on the 1st of each month.
How do you identify people?
We use smart ID technology that identifies your visitors using multiple datapoints from across the web.
How many emails will I collect?
You can expect capture 25-35% of your website visitors by name, & email. Then have this data automatically added to your Email List without lifting a finger.
The amount you collect depends on your web traffic volume.
Can I increase my plan limits?
Yes, absolutely. Just ask us and we can increase limits. Pricing gets better the higher the limits are set.
How will I get my contacts?
Your contacts are automatically added to your email list so there’s nothing extra to do. Alternatively we can send a spreadsheet file daily, or weekly.
Can I use my existing email platform?
Yes, most likely. We integrate with a great number of popular eblast platforms. View our integration list here.

Can I keep my contacts if I stop using Chedrr?
Yes, you keep all contacts collected and can use them however you like.
Does Chedrr pull SMS (cell phone) numbers?
Not at this time.
What kind of ROI can I get with Chedrr?
It depends on your business model and eblast engagement rate. We offer a free trial so you can see what kind of results you can get before committing.
Can I filter who is identified before they are added to my list?
Currently we can filter contacts down to the state level. Example: Florida only. This is a recommended step to keep your contacts relevant to your email campaigns if you function in one (or more) but not all states in the USA. We will set this up during your onboarding.
Is Chedrr compliant with privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA?
We always adhere to the latest privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We have a opt-in notice (optional) that can be installed on to your website to stay compliant.
Getting Started
How is Chedrr installed on my website?
We add a simple tracking tag that takes about 5 minutes to set up.
How long does it take to get started?
After the tag is installed, it starts working within a day. For managed plans with eblast creation we can typically get folks running within a week.
What kind of website will Chedrr work with?
Virtually any modern website that accepts header tags. WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, etc. are all compatible.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. We offer a free trial to collect contacts so you can see what kind of data you will receive. There is a limit of 250 contacts in the free trial.
Are there setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees to get started.

How does pricing work?
Visit our pricing page for details. Each plan renews on the 1st of each month.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, contact us for bulk pricing. Bulk pricing may be subject to longer contract terms than one month.
Are there any long-term contracts for billing?
No. Packages listed on our pricing page are one month at a time. Bulk rate agreements may be subject to longer terms.
What is the difference between "Self Managed" and "Managed For You"?
Self Managed: this is good if you already have a marketing team sending eblasts or you are doing this yourself. We will simply install the tracking code, sync to your email list, and you can watch your list grow.
Managed For You: if you do not know where to start with email marketing, and need our team to set up and manage the entire operation, we can do this for you. Even if you have a marketing team, it’s not a bad idea to start here to see how to optimize your eblast strategy.
How does billing work?
Depending on your contact plan, your tier, and your unique needs, we will quote you a monthly price.
All plans renew on the first of the month automatically until you cancel.
Will I ever get a bill I did not expect?
No. We pride ourselves on always being transparent on all pricing. Your plan will never change without your permission, and you will be informed about any additional costs ahead of time so you can make an informed decision.
